Fight for the Fate of Fantos in this beautifully illustrated, dark fantasy card game inspired by comics and cartoons from the '80s.
COMPETITIVE & CO-OP
Savage Planet: the Fates of Fantos is a tableau building card game with competitive and co-operative elements for 3-6 players. Games last approximately 60-90 minutes on average. Recommended for ages 13 and up.

PLAY AS A CITADEL
Each player takes on the role of a unique Citadel (city-state) of Fantos.
HIRE AND MANAGE CHARACTERS
To protect and enrich themselves and win favor from Zodraz, the Citadels must hire managers (called Legacies) from the six races of Fantos, using Iridium shards from their Citadel's stockpile.
UNIQUE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Once hired, a Legacy can be tasked to Harvest more Shards, go to War with a neighboring Citadel, or be nominated a Tribute of Fantos. Or, the Legacy may use its special ability to the detriment (or benefit!) of others. A Legacy may also play Labor cards from the player's hand using its own shard currency. The Labor cards can either help the player's Citadel or Legacy, or target others.
TRIALS OF ZODRAZ
Every time a Citadel chooses to Harvest from the planet's Iridium Trove, it contributes further to the environmental pollution of Fantos. Zodraz's punishment for this is forcing the Harvesting Citadel to draw new cards from the Trials Deck depending on the result of the Harvest. Life on Fantos becomes increasingly difficult as new challenges rain down from the stars and force dissent and diplomacy between the Citadels.

ZODRAZ APPROACHES
Resolve the trials together as a planet, or watch as rival Citadels struggle to survive (but beware of retaliation!). Plan wisely, and make every turn matter, because Zodraz himself is lurking among the Trials. When the Cosmic Warden is drawn, judgment is passed (scores are tallied), and the game is over. The most worthy among the Citadels (the one that has managed its resources the best) becomes the new Ward of Fantos.
