Manufacturing

Jacket replication based from a combination of original patterns sourced from CBS Archives and screen-used artifacts.
Fabric dyed to match screen used samples from the later Voyager series.

Polyester blend with gabardine weave for the top yoke, specially dyed using screen used pieces for 95% or greater, color match.
Polyester blend with gabardine weave used for body, featuring two-way stretch to accommodate most standard body types.
Hidden front zipper construction.
Specially made shoulder padding, reflecting unique construction of original screen-used Hero uniforms used on set.
Elastic bands at sides of waist.

Sold separately from uniform: replica combadge and rank pins as used throughout the majority of Star Trek™: Deep Space 9® and Voyager® television series, as well as Star Trek: Generations.
Undershirt and pant also available separately.
